Eternal Wills offers a friendly, reliable and efficient Will writing and LPA service. Our aim is to ensure your Will reflects your wishes, protects your children and enables as much of your estate as possible to pass to your beneficiaries. We operate in the Swindon area and are happy to offer our service remotely or with home visits within a 20 mile radius.
Each consultation starts with a no commitment conversation. If you decide to proceed, then your detailed instructions are taken either in person, via a Zoom meeting or on the phone, whichever is more convenient for you. We explain everything in plain English, so you don’t have to worry about complex legal jargon. A draft Will is then prepared for you to review and any necessary revision made, with our support at every step of the process. Once you have approved the draft, if you are local we can meet again to execute the final copy. If you live more than 20 miles from Swindon we will send you the final copy and also provide clear guidelines on signing and witnessing. All our work is undertaken on a fixed fee basis unless advised at the outset. |

Wills
Where the estate is straightforward our fees are: £135 for a single Will £225 for mirror Wills for a couple. Where the estate is complex and requires more extensive work we may need to increase the fee but this would be confirmed this at the outset. Will Storage
We do not offer Will storage but can facilitate the storage of your Will with HM Courts & Tribunals Services (HMCTS). This is a government run not for profit Will storage service, which costs £20 per Will. That is all you pay, no annual charges or retrieval fees. |
Lasting Power of Attorney
Our fees are: £215 for a single registered LPA (Property & Financial Affairs or Health & Welfare). £395 for two registered LPAs (a Property & Financial Affairs LPA and a Health & Welfare LPA) for the same person Our LPA prices include the fee charged for registration by the Office of the Public Guardian (currently £82 per LPA).
If you are on certain benefits or your income is below a certain level, you may not have to pay this fee or you may be entitled to a reduction. Help in obtaining this fee remission or reduction is included in our service. |
